Based out of Maryland, Elliot Sidewalk Communities builds downtown joy by aligning the interests of municipalities and their university neighbors, creating vibrant Main Street environments that integrate campus life with town life. Rodgers Builders, Inc.

Launched by B.D. Rodgers at 39 years old in 1963, the Charlotte, N.C., based company is one of the nation’s most respected contractors, known not just for building, but for building enduring relationships. Rodgers Builders, Inc., has led many construction projects in health care, education and mixed-use spaces, including collegiate projects at Appalachian State University, Clemson University, Davidson College, and previously at ECU.

Daly Seven, Inc.

Wanting to build a legacy for their parents, the seven children of Philip and Frances Daly launched Daly Seven, Inc., in their family’s name in 1979.
